Is there any EU funding available for community schemes such as our hydro project? We are a small organisation in the parish of Kirtlington in Oxfordshire, working towards maximum sustainability. The hydro scheme is the centrepiece of a broader aim of 80% reduction in carbon emissions by 2050.
