Developing a Wind Farm

I have just found a very useful resource with the steps required to establish a new Wind Farm.

These are the steps in one sentence:

Find a windy site.
Make sure the site has nearby transmission lines.
Define the boundaries.
Determine who owns the land within the prospect boundaries.
Contact the landowners.
Call a town meeting.
Settle the contracts.
Draw up blueprints.
Watch the wind.
Get the necessary permits.
Perform environmental analyses.
Test the wires.
Sell the electricity.
Begin construction.
