Vector Japan Co., Ltd., with its headquarters in Tokyo, has been actively engaged in the silicon material business for more than 3 years.
image thumb40 Vector Japan Co., Ltd. We collaborate with our well known world class OEM factories to supply solar wafers 125mm and 156mm mono and 156mm multi wafers with high quality for both long term and spot market trading.
In addition to solar wafers, we supply a variety of silicon materials such as IC Whole Wafers, IC Broken Wafers (with or without coating and pattern), Top and Tails from IC Ingots, Thick Wafers, Dummy Wafers, and Short Ingots for re-melt as solar grade feed stock. We also have solar broken wafers from wire saw machines with kerosene which can be used as feed stock as well.
And now introducing our high efficiency solar cells available today and modules to be supplied on a special order basis.
Our OEM wafers and cells are designed and built with the best possible quality and care to end users and integrators alike. Our most reliable solar products offer many innovative solutions to customers at their needs. Currently we sell more than 30 tons of a wide variety of materials combined every month.
