Biomass:
- Connection to the grid after February 2008* -> 20,10 €/MWh (15 шre/kWh) premium + 37,02 €/MWh electricity price

- Connection to the grid after 21/04/2004 -> 80.44 €/MWh for 10 years; 53.63 €/MWh for the following 10 years
- Connection to the grid before 21/04/2004 -> 80.44 €/MWh for 20 years from date of grid connection and for at least 15
years as from 1/01/2004
Biogas:
- Connection to the grid after February 2008* -> feed in tariff of 100,10 €/MWh (74,50 шre/kWh)
-> premium of 54,40 €/MWh (40,5 шre/kWh) premium for plants mixed biogas
and other fuel (price applied only to the part of electricity produced from biogas)
- Connection to the grid before 21/04/2004-> 80.44 €/MWh for 20 years from date of grid connection and for at least 15
years as from 1/01/2004
- Connection to the grid between 22/04/2004 and 31/12/2008 -> 80.44 €/MWh for 10 years
-> 53.63 €/MWh for the following 10 years
(The subsidy implies that the total use of biogas not exceed 8 PJ/year)
