We are the owners of a brown field area in the North of Czech republic close to the border to Germany, where we developed a project for the installation of  Photovoltaic plant on a plot of 3,66ha (393 959 sq.ft.) of paved area. The plot is fully fenced with concrete fence up to 2,5m height, on the plot is located the output transformer with sufficient capacity to serve potential further development of the plant.
   The project is offering now 1,99 MWp with 8.928 solar modules of 240 W each in the area with 944-975 kW/m2 with 1400 hours of sunshine. The area is offering potential for additional power of 1 MWp.
