    thank you for your interest. As the first project I would like to introduce you briefly 5MW PV plant project in Czech Republic, which attract you attention. The owners is selling the project as with 3 different types of sale. – the type A(plot plus licence), B (plot plus licence plus construction work) or C (turn key).

    Price information:

    Form of the sale: sale of 100% shares of the company
    A) Price per 1MW: 13,7 mio CZK (550.421 euro)
    Total 68,5 mio CZK (2.752.109 euro)

    B) Price for the construction: 131.000.000 CZK (5.263.157 euro)
    Total 199,5 mio CZK (8.015.265 euro)

    C) Price for the turn key project: 78,7 mio CZK/1 MW (3.161.812 euro)
    Total 393,5 mio CZK/1MW (15.809.562euro)

    Plots for the project:
    3 plots number 177/1, 191/3 and 210 are currently with signed purchase agreements, prepared for the registration at the cadastral registry. Originals are deposited at the notary´s office.
    1 plot number 191/1 currently leased for the next 3 years. Future purchase agreement signed for the price of 28.994.010,-CZK (1.164.885 euro). There is the signed agreement about the land charge on the property in form of the photovoltaic project for the Cadastral registry.
    Sale price of the shares of the company will be decreased by the purchase price of the plot 191/1.

    All of the original documents are kept at the notary´s deposit and available for the due diligence process. Copies of the construction permit, future contract with the energy distributor (ČEZ distribuce a.s.), purchase agreements for the plots, drafts of the notary for the sale of the shares and other documentation is available in the email version immediately. I can supply you with the simple Due Diligence sheet with the attachments, but all of the original documents and approvals are available in Czech language only. There for I would like to ask you, if you have in Czech Republic any representatives or attorneys, who would be able to check the Czech documents.
