Exhibit March 10 to 13 at Istanbul Expo Center

Spire Corporation (Nasdaq: SPIR), a global solar company providing capital equipment and turn-key manufacturing lines to produce photovoltaic (PV) modules announced today that it will exhibit at the 4^th International Solar & PV Technologies Exhibition, also known as the Solar Energy & Technologies Fair, in Istanbul, Turkey from March 10 through 13, 2011. Spire’s exhibit will be in Hall 10 of the Istanbul Expo Center.

In addition, Spire will be presenting "The PV Solar Market & Spire’s Product Offerings" from 1:00pm to 1:40pm (EET) on March 11, 2011.
