How To Build An Electric Vehicle Charging Station (Video)

The YouTube video embedded below shows the installation of a solar EV charging canopy at Baka Mobile headquarters in Toronto. This video was posted to YouTube in November 2012 and is just one example of the many new solar EV charging stations going up in North America.

This isola model (by renewz) is the first of its kind in North America. Equipped with Eaton electric vehicle chargers and state of the art structural and solar power technologies, its the most advanced of its kind, and one of the largest in North America. The owner of the VOLT fleet will be able to have his vehicles go over 1million kilometers (about 650,000 miles) without using an ounce of gasoline or creating any carbon emissions through the power generated by this project.
